Return And Cancellation Policy
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority.. Therefore, we would do everything in our ability to satisfy your shopping experience on our online shop.
All orders can be cancelled within 12 – 24 hours before they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us before we ship your package.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds Will Apply When
- You did not receive the product within the guaranteed average estimated time (See our page Destinations We Ship to and Estimate Shipping Times) excluding 1-5 days for processing, you can request a refund or a reshipment of the product at no cost to you.
- You received the wrong OR a damaged item you can request a refund or a reshipment at no cost to you, and keep the original product send to you. Please Note: On damaged items , please take photo’s of the damaged good and forward the photo’s to us as soon us you receive your item. We forward them to our supplier to make them aware of the problem so see if it was a manufacture problem or was the product damage during a shipment. Below The 3 Basic Points Where We Can Not Accept Any Refund or Returns
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. you provided the wrong shipping address to us) – contact us we can still help.
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Pieces (i.e. not cleared by customs in your country, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Pieces
You can submit refund requests within 14 days after the guaranteed average estimated period for delivery has expired. You can do it by sending us a message on Contact Us page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Please note: that buyer are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties and taxes for importation into your country.
These additional fees may be payable at time of delivery in your country. We cannot refund shipping charges for refused shipments in your country.
The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers areresponsible for customs duties in their respective countries.
Exchanges & Returns
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. An exchange isn’t always possible under the warranty policy of our suppliers. If the product wasn’t available in stock, you will get a full refund instead, or will assist you to choose a replacement item for the same value.
The process for returning your product will take a long time to be replaced in some cases longer as per your first delivery, we are fully committed to refund you , or resend you a new product, either a new product of the same value chosen by you, or we will resend the same product if available to you at no cost to you. You keep the original send product.
